Global Cosmed SA, the leader of the group Global Cosmed, is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It went public on July 10 2013. Shares admitted to trading were assigned the code PLGLBLC00011 ISIN. When going public, the company focused on the development of the private label business in body care products and the household chemicals industry. With the acquisition of the assets of the German company Domal wittol Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel GmbH in October 2014, the Company recorded a sharp increase in sales revenue.
Another acquisition was the takeover of Global Cosmed Group SA with two manufacturing facilities and rights to well-known and valued brands such as Kret, Sofin, Apart Natural and Bobini in 2016. Consolidation made it possible to revise our business strategy. The primary goal of the newly formed group is to build up the long-term value of our brands, with particular emphasis on foreign markets.
